History
Founded in 2024, HASI was built to service customers with a focus on delivering reliable solutions to technically demanding projects.
What began as a simple vision to provide superior service by clear communication, thorough design and quick responsiveness has rapidly grown into a firm of professionals working with many clients across the US.
Our basic approach is built around things so simple yet greatly lacking across our industry. Experience, communication, responsiveness and precise drawings. Overlooked by so many firms, the reality is clients just want you to pick up the phone, return emails and provide timely drawings. Those of which are core to our team.

HASI is who we are and what we do all in one. To put it simply, HASI is personal. It’s the childhood nickname that goes back to the days of dreaming of the future. Being “Hassie” from a young age made Justin who he is today. But, HASI is also professional. HASI means we have everything you need. We have the experience, connections, and knowledge.

The Team at HASI
Managing Principal & Founder
Justin Hasbrouck, AIA
Justin has always had a passion for art and design, and he solidified that passion by studying architecture at the University of Houston. With over 25 years in the industry, numerous commercial projects to his name, and registrations in 42 US States, he decided it was time to establish his own architecture venture.
Vice President of Operations
David Hopper, AIA
David studied architecture, construction management, and environmental design at the University of Houston. After spending over 20 years in the industry, David has developed expertise in building code and inferring the needs of clients. He takes pride in managing projects to ensure that every client receives consistent and high-end work.
Senior Project Manager, Lab Planner
Bryan Cizmar
Bryan has delivered numerous complex projects working closely with top oil and gas companies during his time in the industry. His extensive experience with laboratory work requires him to possess expert level technical knowledge while overseeing all aspects of project delivery.

Seyi Williams
After earning a bachelor’s degree in both architecture and interior design at Southern Illinois University, Seyi completed his education at the University of Houston, where he obtained a Master of Architecture with a concentration in sustainability. He has notable experience in commercial sectors, including aviation and oil and gas.

Erin Hasbrouck
Originally from the small town of Hallettsville, Texas, Erin journeyed to Houston for college where she earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston. Using her background in Architecture and her vast experience in volunteer organization leadership, she provides an important backbone to the HASI team.
Marketing Coordinator
Julia Hasbrouck
Julia is a graduate of the University of Missouri where she studied journalism with a concentration in strategic communication. As a creative minded marketing professional who grew up around architects, she meshes well with the culture and needs of an architecture firm with a passion for design.
