DEEP Manufacturing

DEEP Manufacturing is a global industrial 3D printing company utilizing Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing technologies to create large scale, complex metal components.

The United Kingdom based company has been rapidly expanding their facilities across the world and decided Houston, Texas was a great place for their latest facility. After an extensive property search, it was narrowed down to this 52,000sf industrial building.

After meeting the DEEP leadership, it was determined that besides helping them turn this simple tilt-wall structure into a state-of-the-art location. They also had serious needs to be operational in warp speed. So the HASI team got to work with our project management and design services to hit schedules that to most firms are unrealistic. Within 6 weeks and over the holidays we were able to get them up and running with all the required CO’s. Then we had 4 months from design through construction to deliver a renovation that had to be ready for their corporate showcase.
