Project Description
Panametrics is a worldwide technology company providing solutions in measuring and analyzing products across the oil and gas industry.
The existing Billerica, Massachusetts location is a three story – 250,000sf facility consisting of R&D, labs, manufacturing & corporate offices. In 2025, after an acquisition it was determined that the Crane Company division needed to look at reducing their footprint.
After walking multiple facilities across the Boston Metro area, the HASI team was able to significantly reduce the program needs of the Panametrics group. Going from 250,000sf to 50,000sf was a daunting task, but our skilled team and lab planners were able to create this modern facility, chocker block full of labs, shipping/receiving, offices, conferencing and cafeteria.
